About Me

Ed Sherline is an amateur landscape photographer and an Associate Professor of Philosophy at the University of Wyoming in Laramie, WY, where he has been teaching since 1989.  He regularly teaches Intro to Philosophy, Global Justice, History of Moral Philosophy, and African Philosophy.  His photos can be seen on his website, and have often been displayed in the Governor’s Capital Arts Exhibition, Cheyenne as well as in the Wyoming Outdoor Council calendars.  He has been backpacking and mountaineering in the Winds since 1979.  He lives in Laramie with his wife April, three teenagers and a menagerie of pets.
